Our freshly harvested Barley Grass is dried using low temperature drying technology to help preserve its potency and retain its natural minerals, vitamins, enzymes and phytonutrients and retains its fresh taste. It is then fine milled into an ultra-fine powder which increases bioavailability and dissolves easily into water or any smoothie of your choice.
