Every 5ml dose contains 300- 600mg Echinacea purpurea herb, 17-29mg Echinacea purpurea root & Elderberry flavour.

To be made into a hot drink by diluting 5mL into hot water before use. On days 1 to 3 take 5mL diluted with ~150 mL hot water 5 times daily. On days 4 to 10 take 5mL diluted in ~150 mL hot water 3 times daily.
